Discovery Call
Our process begins with an initial discovery call, where we take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle and the goals for your project. This is an opportunity to connect, discuss your ideas and explore how we can bring your space to life.
Design Consultation
During the design consultation, we dive deeper into your project requirements, reviewing the scope, budget, timelines and overall brief. This stage allows us to gain a clear understanding of your needs and establish the foundation for a considered design direction.
Project Proposal
Following the consultation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the design scope, project objectives and the process ahead. This includes a detailed fee proposal, with the opportunity to refine or adjust the scope before moving forward.
Design Development
Once engaged, we begin developing your concept through curated mood boards, spatial planning and design direction. From there, we refine the details through finishes, fixtures, materials and furnishings, supported by drawings, specifications and 3D visualisations where required. Every element is thoughtfully considered to ensure the design feels cohesive, functional and aligned with your vision.
Construction & Implementation
Once the design is approved, the implementation phase begins. We work closely with your builders, trades and suppliers to ensure the design is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard. Through regular site visits and ongoing communication, we remain hands-on throughout the journey — ensuring a smooth, considered and stress-free experience from concept to completion.

Design Concept
A bespoke mood board is curated to establish the overall vision for your space, showcasing furniture, textures, materials, and styling elements. This creates a cohesive foundation and allows you to visualise the direction before selections are finalised.
Furniture Curation
Once the concept is approved, we source and curate furniture and décor tailored to your style, budget, and the dimensions of your home. Each selection is thoughtfully considered and presented alongside a detailed floor plan so you can confidently visualise the final outcome.
To ensure every detail feels right, up to three revisions are included.Procurement
Once approved, you’ll receive a complete digital shopping schedule with supplier details, pricing, and direct links for purchase. This gives you the flexibility to invest in your space at your own pace, while also gaining access to our trusted suppliers and exclusive trade pricing where available.
Installation & Final Styling
Once your pieces arrive, we bring your space to life through the final installation and styling process. Every piece is carefully placed and layered to create a home that feels refined, effortless, and uniquely yours.
For local projects across Newcastle and surrounding areas, installation and styling may be complimentary.
